    • Cut costs by 70% by helping migrate monitoring data from InfluxDB to VictoriaMetrics.
    • Made the migration safe and hands-free by automating the switch to live data, with no gaps and no double writes.
    • Helped teams spot problems before users did, with Grafana dashboards and alerts sent to Google Chat.
    • Gave SAP Application Management a view of their systems by location, with a Grafana world-map dashboard.
    • Gave the team real numbers to choose a new monitoring agent, by benchmarking Grafana Alloy against the legacy one.
    • Helped catch quality and security issues before release, with SonarQube checks in CI.
    • Learned STACKIT Kubernetes Engine (SKE) in hands-on workshops.

I gave people in a wildfire crisis one trusted place for news and needs, with a platform where only vetted accounts can publish.
